VERBAL INSPECTION

On-site walk-through inspection where the inspector will identify and discuss major and minor defects, along with current or potential maintenance requirements.

PRE - PURCHASE | SALE

Thorough foundation-to-roof, home health check, including: commentary, photos and a colour coded concern system - highlighting any defects and elevated moisture readings.

$450.00 - $750.00 +GST*

WEATHER TIGHTNESS

Focus on high risk design features, cladding, roof, internal gutters, decks/balconies to identify water ingress issues and areas that require monitoring or maintenance.

SAFE & SANITARY

A specialist building report to verify the condition of building work done before 1 July 1992, providing the bank with assurance that the building is safe and suitable for use.

$575.00 + GST

We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. Payment is required before or at the time of your inspection. Where an inspection is performed before payment is made, we may release the Report once proof of payment is received.
