Focus on the building envelope, including high risk design features, cladding, roof, internal gutters, decks/balconies to identify any areas of concern / monitoring needed.

SAFE & SANITARY
A specialist building report to verify the condition of building work done before 1 July 1992, providing the bank with assurance that the building is safe and suitable for use.
$575.00 + GST
We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. Payment is required before or at the time of your inspection. Where an inspection is performed before payment is made, we may release the Report once proof of payment is received.
